With ISO 9001:2015, CEZA has established a quality management system that helps to continuously improve internal processes.

The quality management standard ISO 9001:2015 (International Organisation for Standardisation) is the most widely used standard in quality management (QM) both nationally and internationally.

With the introduction of this standard and this management system, we have set ourselves the goal of constantly improving our company performance at all levels. During the introduction process, we were able to make small but important adjustments in many areas of the company and thus put ourselves in the best possible position for the future.

Involving the entire workforce was and is our goal, as we at CEZA all endeavour to deliver the best possible results to our customers. And we can only do this if we also work on continuous internal improvement ourselves.
